Physical Products

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photographs of the issue. We will work with you to make it right through a replacement, store credit, or other appropriate resolution.

Because many of our memorial items are custom-created, personalized, or made specifically for each order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind once production has begun.

Custom Memorial Products

Personalized memorial products are created uniquely for you and your loved one. Due to the custom and sentimental nature of these items, all sales are final once the design or production process has started.

Digital Products, Downloads & Courses

All digital products, downloadable guides, workbooks, templates, online courses, and educational materials are non-refundable once purchased.

These items provide immediate access to our intellectual property, training, and resources, and therefore cannot be returned.

Services, Consultations & Memorial Planning

Payments for consultations, celebrant services, memorial planning, coaching, and professional services secure dedicated time, expertise, preparation, and availability.

Deposits and payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun, research has been completed, appointments have been reserved, or planning has commenced.

We understand that circumstances around loss and life can change, and we will always approach each situation with compassion.

Shipping Issues

Once an item has shipped, delivery times and carrier delays are outside of our control. If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact us and we will assist where possible.
